BUYEASY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada (Corporation Number: 1500317-2), is duly registered as a Money Services Business (MSB) with FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) under MSB Registration Number: M23877619 to perform the following activities: Foreign Exchange Dealing, Money Transferring, Dealing in Virtual Currencies, and Payment Service Provision; and is registered with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act (PSP entity ID RPS0014827).
